Rebecca is a professional working mother of two younger children. Like many families on Kauai, her teenage son and daughter are forced to share a room, which is not ideal as they grow older. She has struggled to find a home to purchase on Kauai because her income places her in the gap housing range. The South Koloa Town project will provide her with an opportunity to purchase a home large enough to accommodate her family while remaining affordable.
