Michael, a small business owner in Kaua‘i, needed to find a home in Koloa, but couldn’t find one at an attainable price for him. He and his fiancé qualified for one of the homes in Kauhale at the Village, providing him the opportunity to live, work, and own in Koloa. Michael is the owner of Alekona Kauai.
