Jason is local, born and raised in Hawai’i. He has lived in Kaua‘i since 2004. Like many other locals, he and his wife have struggled to find a home they can afford to purchase. Home ownership for Jason (and others) is important because it provides future opportunities for his daughters. This is why he is excited about South Koloa Town.
